  • New clients begin by scheduling a consultation to discuss their business, current bookkeeping needs, and whether CEO Management is a good fit.

    After the consultation, you will receive a service proposal outlining recommended services and pricing. Once the proposal is accepted and a written service agreement is signed, onboarding begins and any necessary setup or reset bookkeeping is completed before ongoing services start.

  • Yes. CEO Management carries business insurance.

    A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request. Clients may also be added as an additional insured after a service agreement has been signed.

  • Clients typically provide financial documents such as bank statements, credit card statements, and supporting records needed to maintain accurate financial records.

    Documents may be provided through secure digital upload or email and are reviewed as part of maintaining records within QuickBooks Online.

    Clients remain responsible for retaining their own receipts and documentation unless they choose the Receipt & Document Management add-on service.

  • CEO Management provides bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online.

    Clients must maintain an active QuickBooks Online subscription for ongoing services. If your business is not currently using QuickBooks Online, the system can be set up during onboarding as part of the transition process.

  • Yes. Client financial information is treated as strictly confidential.

    Information is not shared with any third parties unless authorized by the client or required for the performance of bookkeeping services

  • Yes. Bookkeeping services are provided remotely and CEO Management works with clients across the United States.

    Certain services—such as physical receipt and document pickup—are only available to clients located in Summit, Stark, and Portage Counties, Ohio.

  • No. CEO Management focuses on bookkeeping and financial record organization.

    Accurate bookkeeping ensures that your records remain tax-ready for your accountant or tax professional, but income tax preparation and filing services are not provided.

  • For clients who are in the service area and select the Receipt & Document Management add-on service, CEO Management provides a secure physical document transfer system using numbered lockable document transfer bags.

    Clients receive two bags that are rotated during each pickup. Documents are transported securely, processed within QuickBooks Online, and then returned to the client.

    Whenever possible, clients are encouraged to provide copies of receipts or documentation rather than original documents. All documents—whether copies or originals—are returned to the client after processing.

    This service is currently available only for clients located in Summit, Stark, and Portage Counties, Ohio.

    Clients who are outside of the service area upload their documents via secure file or email.

  • Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, the following services are not included in standard bookkeeping packages:

    • Accounts receivable management or collections
    • Accounts payable or bill payment services
    • Payroll processing
    • Income tax preparation or filing
    • Legal, financial, or tax advisory services
    • Extensive reconstruction of historical financial records outside the agreed scope of work

  • Yes. Ohio notary services are available for document notarization.

    Appointments may be scheduled based on availability, and mobile service may be available depending on location. Pricing and travel arrangements are discussed based on the documents being notarized and the location of the appointment.
