Notary services are available for businesses and individuals requiring document notarization. Appointments may be scheduled based on availability, and mobile service may be available depending on location.
Pricing and travel arrangements are discussed based on the documents being notarized and the location of the appointment.
Transaction Volume
Starting pricing includes businesses with 300 transactions per month or fewer. Businesses with higher transaction volume may be priced accordingly.
Accounting Software
CEO Management provides bookkeeping services using QuickBooks Online.

There are hundreds of apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online. Click here to view QuickBooks Online app store.
Clients do not need to purchase the software independently. CEO Management can set up the QuickBooks Online account during onboarding and apply any available discounted pricing through the accountant dashboard.
Businesses currently using other accounting systems may transition to QuickBooks Online as part of onboarding.

As of March 2026, QuickBooks Online standard monthly pricing is shown below. Intuit frequently offers a "50% off for 3 months" promotion for new users. Additional fees apply for payroll and specialized services.

Simple Start ($38/mo): 1 user, income/expense tracking, invoicing, and basic reporting.
Essentials ($75/mo): Up to 3 users, includes time tracking, bill management, and multi-currency.
Plus ($115/mo): Up to 5 users, adds inventory tracking and project profitability.
Advanced ($275/mo): Up to 25 users, includes employee expense management, custom workflows, and advanced analytics.
QuickBooks Online Payroll Add-ons (Monthly)
Core: $50/mo + $6.50/employee.
Premium: $88/mo + $10/employee.
Elite: $134/mo + $12/employee.
Document Handling
CEO Management provides bookkeeping services primarily through secure remote systems.
Clients may provide financial documents needed for bookkeeping—such as bank statements or supporting records—through secure digital upload or email. These documents are reviewed as part of maintaining financial records within QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Clients remain responsible for retaining their own receipts and supporting documentation unless they choose the Receipt & Document Management add-on service.
What’s Not Included
The following services are not included in standard bookkeeping packages unless specifically agreed upon:
Accounts receivable management or collections
Accounts payable / bill payment services
Payroll processing
Income tax preparation or filing
Legal, financial, or tax advisory services
Extensive reconstruction of historical financial records outside agreed scope
Service Agreement
All bookkeeping services are provided under a written service agreement outlining scope of work, pricing, and responsibilities prior to the start of services.
